Abstract

文章系统分析了公共建筑给排水系统在用水峰值高、空间布局复杂、消防要求严苛等方面的特点，深入剖析了系统设计冲突、管材选择不当、供水压力不稳、排水通气不畅及运维管理缺失等核心难点。针对上述问题，文章提出了优化系统分区、应用新型管材、实施压力调控等综合性应对措施。研究表明，通过全生命周期的精细化设计与智慧化管理，可显著提升公共建筑给排水系统的安全性、经济性与可持续性。
