建筑防火设计在民用建筑设计中的应用实践

Abstract

民用建筑火灾具有火势蔓延迅速、扑救难度大、人员疏散困难等特点。当前防火设计存在规范条款不够精细、疏散出口设置不够合理、自动灭火与预警系统配置不全面等问题。针对上述问题，应在设计流程中明确防火要点，合理划分功能分区，科学选用建筑材料，优化储水与灭火系统配置，强化避难空间与标准层防火设计，以有效提升建筑整体防火能力，切实保障人员安全。
