一款抗皱紧致精华霜的皮肤改善效果评价
利用体外抗皱、紧致及人体功效评价试验对一款抗皱紧致精华霜的功效性进行综合评价。通过对产品在人皮肤成纤维细胞(Human Dermal Fibroblasts,HSF)和人永生化角质细胞(HumanImmortalized Epidermal Cells,HaCaT)模型上进行Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅶ、ⅩⅦ型胶原蛋白、层黏连蛋白(Laminin,LN)含量测定,透明质酸合酶HAS1、HAS2基因表达量测试;以及人体面部提升光泽度、抗皱、紧致功效试验,表明该精华霜具有显著的抗皱紧致功效。
