祛痘精华改善轻、中度痤疮合并皮肤敏感的功效研究
评价祛痘精华改善轻、中度痤疮合并皮肤敏感的效果。通过抑菌环和抑菌率试验检测对痤疮丙酸杆菌的抑制效果;人体功效测试招募轻中度痤疮合并敏感肌肤受试者,在使用前、使用后1周和4周,进行主观与客观指标分析。试验结果显示抑菌环平均直径17.0 mm,抑菌率超过99.99%。与使用前相比,各回访点受试者的经皮水分流失量、红斑指数、油脂含量及痤疮皮损数量均显著降低,皮肤主观症状的评分也明显下降。该产品对于改善轻、中度痤疮合并皮肤敏感具有较好的有效性和安全性,体现出综合改善痤疮与敏感问题的潜力。
