油气管道消防安全研究初探

Abstract

保证管线平稳运行是能源运输行业稳步前进的前提条件之一，其中防火防护属于安全控制的重点部分，对火患因素进行分析是执行油气管网防灾安全保障评估的基础。通过分析管道防火潜在风险和燃烧特性、管网消防关键难点、管路消防安全监管现状、关联学术管理课题等角度，对国内外油气管线防火安全方面科研成果进行梳理，找出已有的不足之处，并大致确定了以后消防科研的主要方向，为油气管道行业安全防御机制的改进提供实证依据。
