新型齿轮范成加工虚拟仿真系统设计与实现
本文基于UG NX/Open Grip 语言构建具有参数化驱动功能的齿轮范成加工虚拟样机模型,并利用NX/Open UIStyler 开发了设计专用人机交互界面。系统集成模数m、插齿刀齿数Z1、齿坯齿数Z2、压力角a、变位系数x、顶隙系数ha、插齿刀转速n 及插齿频率f 等关键参数修改对话框,实现参数修改与虚拟样机模型的实时联动更新。在此基础上,通过NX CAE 完成齿轮范成加工过程仿真分析,可直观展示不同参数下正变位、负变位及根切等典型加工动态过程,快速生成对应齿形模型。研究成果可为齿轮范成机理分析、参数优化及齿轮传动特性研究提供直观、高效的虚拟实验平台与技术支撑。
