Abstract

工业园区作为区域经济发展的核心载体，集聚了大量工业企业与生产要素，但其产业密集、危险源复杂的特点，也使其成为消防防火风险的高发区域。近年来，工业园区火灾事故频发，不仅造成重大人员伤亡与财产损失，还对生态环境与社会稳定构成严重威胁。在此背景下，构建科学、高效、系统的消防防火风险防控体系，成为保障工业园区安全发展的关键课题。本文以风险管理理论、系统工程理论为支撑，系统梳理工业园区消防防火风险的类型与成因，构建涵盖风险预防、预警、应急处置、事后改进的全流程防控体系。
