Abstract

文章以某节能玻璃有限公司节能玻璃项目为研究对象，聚焦浮法玻璃生产线机电设备选型优化与工艺适配问题。通过分析项目工程概况，从原料处理、熔化工段、成形工段等核心环节入手，探讨机电设备选型与工艺适配的关键要点。针对设备与工艺匹配度不足、能耗控制矛盾等难题，提出针对性解决措施，旨在实现设备运行效率提升、工艺流畅性优化及生产成本降低，为浮法玻璃生产企业的设备选型与工艺优化提供实践参考，助力行业绿色高效发展。
