地下空间建筑区域间连通部位防火分隔设计规范解析

Abstract

地下空间建筑具有多功能复合、一体化开发的特点与趋势，其建筑防火设计的特点有项目规模大、功能类型多、水平连通部位多、竖向贯通空间多。应根据不同使用功能场所进行防火分区的划分、区域之间采用可靠的防火分隔措施，尤其对于连通部位和贯通空间如下沉广场、商业中庭、地铁连通口、地下汽车库等重点部位应根据规范要求并结合实际情况进行建筑防火设计。
