Abstract

建筑施工现场文明施工管理直接影响工程质量、安全及城市形象。文章针对围挡设置不规范、材料堆放混乱、扬尘噪声污染超标、生活设施简陋及标牌管理缺失等关键问题，分析其成因，提出完善管理制度、落实管理责任、强化技术措施、加强监督检查及开展教育培训等改进对策。通过标准化、精细化、智能化管理，提升文明施工水平，减少投诉纠纷，推动建筑行业绿色可持续发展。
