国际比较视野下职业教育绿色技能开发模式及启示

Abstract

在绿色转型加速的背景下,职业教育作为绿色技能供给的关键载体,亟需构建系统化的开发模式。本文基于德国、美国、澳大利亚等国的实践经验,结合联合国教科文组织、欧盟等国际机构的定义框架,采用比较分析法探讨绿色技能开发的政策路径、课程体系与实施机制。研究发现,各国模式在政策驱动、产教协同和技能认证方面存在共性,但在核心机制与技能侧重上呈现差异化特征。我国职业教育需强化顶层设计,推动绿色技能标准与产业需求对接,完善模块化课程体系,并通过法律保障深化校企合作。研究为破解我国职业教育绿色化改革的制度瓶颈、服务“双碳”战略提供理论依据与实践参考。
