石墨烯 /2D-hBN 异质结构强耦合机制融入半导体物理课程的教学实践
半导体物理是光源与照明、光电信息科学与工程等专业本科人才培养中的核心课程,对于学生建立半导体能带结构、载流子输运规律和界面物理等基本理论框架具有重要作用。但在实际教学过程中,普遍存在理论内容抽象、知识体系跨度较大以及课堂教学与科研前沿结合不够紧密等问题。针对上述问题,本文以石墨烯/ 二维hBN 异质结构中的强耦合机制为切入点,探索将前沿科研成果融入半导体物理课程教学的改革路径。结合相关研究进展,构建了理论讲解、数值计算与仿真实践于一体的教学内容体系,将MATLAB 数值计算和严格耦合波分析(RCWA)方法引入课程教学,形成“基础理论— 前沿案例— 仿真分析— 能力提升”的教学实施模式。同时,借助学习分析方法,对教学改革实施效果进行系统评价。结果表明,该教学实践有助于增强学生的工程实践能力、科研素养和创新意识,为半导体物理课程教学改革提供了可借鉴的思路与参考。
