数智化背景下民族地区高校体育专业学生职业认知能力的课程化培养研究

Abstract

数智化时代体育行业职业结构加速变革，民族地区高校体育专业学生职业认知明显滞后。调查显示，学生职业世界认知与决策能力偏低，对智慧体育、运动数据分析师等岗位认知不足，就业视野狭窄。现有职业课程存在内容滞后、与专业脱节、地域适配性弱等问题。基于相关理论，本研究构建 “四年贯通、四维递进” 课程化培养体系，提出四位一体改革路径，并适配民族地区基层就业需求。
