运动对孤独症青少年自我刺激行为的干预效果研究—— 基于RCT 实验的Meta 分析
本研究纳入 7 项国内外运动干预孤独症青少年自我刺激行为的随机对照试验，运用随机效应模型开展 Meta 分析并剖析运动参数的调节效应。结果显示：运动干预可明显减少该群体自我刺激行为（SMD=-7.69，P=0.006）；中等强度、每周 3~5 次、单次 10~90 分钟、干预 8~15 周的方案疗效突出；年龄与各项运动参数分层后干预效果均显著，但组间效应量无明显区别，说明干预核心是运动与目标行为在生物力学、感觉层面精准适配，而非固定参数。据此建议依托个体化行为功能评估搭建行为 - 运动匹配体系，为特教与家庭场景下的精准运动干预提供依据。
