Abstract

经济要发展，交通必先行，作为运输中的先锋队员，水运以最低的运输成本、最大的运输能力占居了各种运输方式的首席。因此，船闸的安全畅通与否，又事关水运事业的发展，事关国民经济的发展。本人结合在船闸多年的工作经验，对如何保障船舶安全通过船闸问题做探讨。
