绝经后为何仍会感染 HPV 并发生宫颈癌？

Abstract

绝经后女性因血性白带就诊并被确诊宫颈癌、同时检出高危型 HPV 感染的案例，在临床工作中并不罕见。不少患者误以为，绝经且不再有性生活，就不会再被 HPV 侵袭，也不会患上宫颈癌。这一认知偏差在老年女性中十分常见，也直接导致该群体宫颈筛查参与度偏低，成为宫颈癌防控工作中的明显短板。宫颈癌属于可预防、可早期干预的恶性肿瘤，破除 “绝经即安全” 的错误认识、提高老年女性筛查与随访的依从性，是降低其发病率与死亡率、助力实现消除宫颈癌目标的重要环节。坚持定期筛查、出现不适及时就医，能够为女性全生命周期的宫颈健康筑牢防线。
