少数民族地区婚俗改革的现状及治理举措—— 以广西融水苗族自治县为例

Abstract

本文紧扣婚俗改革试点建设工作要求，立足基层婚姻登记管理实际，深入分析高价彩礼形成原因及治理薄弱环节，梳理婚俗陋习与婚育意愿下降的传导关系。结合基层治理实践，从规范村规民约( 公约）、发挥红白理事会作用、强化宣传引导、健全部门联动治理机制等方面提出对策举措，着力压降婚嫁成本、涵养文明婚恋新风、稳定结婚率，为常态化推进民政婚俗改革工作提供实操参考。
