“十五五”时期科技服务业高质量发展的路径探索—— 以Y 市为例

Abstract

科技服务业对培育壮大新质生产力、推动传统产业向先进制造业转型升级、加快发展新兴支柱产业和未来产业具有重要的支撑作用。通过对Y 市科技服务业的调研发现，Y 市科技服务业存在管理低效、结构失衡、布局散乱三大问题。“十五五”时期推动Y 市科技服务业高质量发展的五条路径是：规模扩张路径、结构优化路径、空间管理路径、质量提升路径、标准竞争路径。
