再生陶瓷骨料粒径及替代率对UHPC 力学性能的影响
将废弃瓷砖经破碎、筛分后作为细骨料替代石英砂制备UHPC,可实现陶瓷固废的资源化利用。为探究再生陶瓷骨料(RCA)对UHPC 力学性能与耐久性能的影响规律与作用机制,本文以最大粒径(Dmax)和替代率(Rc)为变量,设计了15组不同配合比的再生陶瓷细骨料UHPC 试件,通过抗压强度试验、抗弯强度试验分析,系统研究了各组试件的宏观性能演变。结果表明:抗压强度随Dmax 与Rc 的提高总体呈上升趋势,但存在边界效应—Rc<50% 时,部分低替代率组(如Dmax=1.25mm、Rc=30%)因骨料- 基体界面适配性不足出现强度波动(较基准组下降5.57%);当Rc ≥50% 时,各组抗压强度显著且持续提升,Dmax=5mm、Rc=100% 时达峰值171MPa。抗弯强度则受粒径与替代率的反向调控,Dmax=1.25mm、Rc=100% 时最优(26.6MPa)。
