加氢站建设的影响因素分析— 以日本为例
日本在燃料电池技术领域长期保持世界领先,但作为氢能社会关键基础设施的加氢站,其数量自2022年起却不增反降,呈现特异的“逆行现象”。本文以东京都为案例,,通过文献调研和对东京燃气公司的深度访谈,探究加氢站建设停滞的深层原因。日本的“逆行现象”并非技术落后所致,而是源于社会技术系统的结构性失调。
