建筑工程给排水施工中的消防水系统安装要点分析

Abstract

随着建筑高度增加与功能复杂化，消防水系统的可靠性直接关系人员安全与财产保护。针对室内消火栓系统、自动喷水灭火系统等主要消防水系统，结合《建筑设计防火规范》GB 50016-2014（2018年版）、《消防给水及消火栓系统技术规范》GB 50974-2014等现行规范，分析管道选材、连接、阀门安装及系统试压等工序的质量控制要点，提出常见质量通病预防措施。研究表明，严格遵循规范要求、做好工序交接验收与隐蔽工程验收，是确保消防水系统安装质量的核心环节。
