民办高校联合培养背景下的校企协同育人机制创新研究
—— 基于智能金融联合培养项目的实证分析
随着我国民办高校规模不断扩大,应用型人才培养已成为核心使命。校企协同育人作为高质量发展路径,正在成为教学改革的重点方向。本文以西南财经大学天府学院与电子科技大学成都学院联合开展的“智能金融联合人才培养项目”为研究对象,在资源依赖理论、体验学习理论、社会资本理论与社会责任理论基础上,构建校企协同育人机制的分析框架。通过模拟问卷调查与访谈,提炼实践经验并探讨校企协同育人的核心机制。
