Abstract
数字经济与新质生产力发展背景下，本研究聚焦数字化设计领域，界定新时代 “工匠精神” 四维结构，以海南自贸港为背景、三亚航院为案例，剖析其传统内核向现代拓展的过程，指出培育挑战并提出四位一体转化体系，为高职 “数字设计工匠” 培育提供参考。
