Abstract

重组人源化胶原蛋白是合成生物学与结构生物学交叉领域的创新成果。2018年,我国科学家首次发现并解析了人Ⅲ型胶原蛋白核心功能区的164.88°柔性弯曲三螺旋结构,为规模制备高生物学活性、低免疫原性的重组人源化胶原蛋白奠定了分子基础。基于这一研究范式,我国已在全球率先实现重组人源化胶原蛋白冻干纤维、溶液、凝胶全品类产品的自主创新与产业化。本文系统梳理了164.88°三螺旋结构的发现历程与分子基础,总结了该材料在化妆品、食品、医疗等领域的研究进展,分析了其安全性特征与产业化现状,并对未来发展方向进行了展望。
