产教融合共同体视域下“多语言程序设计+数字经济专项人才培养”的“四元协同”机制研究
产教融合是破解数字人才供需结构性矛盾的关键路径。本文以产教融合共同体理论为分析框架,以广州理工学院“多语言程序设计+数字经济专项人才培养”实验班为案例,系统探讨了高校、企业、科研机构、行业协会四元主体在数字人才培养中的协同机制。研究发现,四元协同面临“价值共识不足、资源共享不畅、利益联结松散、责任分担模糊”四重困境。基于案例实践,本文构建了“价值共识—资源共用—利益共享—责任共担”四维协同机制模型,并提出“制度化契约、平台化载体、项目化运作、数据化评价”四位一体的优化路径。研究为财经类高校深化产教融合、推进数字人才培养提供了理论参照与实践指引。
