英语演讲比赛：跨学科能力发展的课外路径
本研究以课堂外语言学习理论和身份认同与投资理论为框架，考察英语演讲比赛作为“外语+技能”复合型人才培养课外学习方式的运行机制。研究采用质性方法，对七名参与“外研社·国才杯”全国英语演讲大赛的非英语专业本科生访谈，提炼出投资驱动、专业知识整合光谱、身份转变、课外学习机制、挑战与适应策略五大主题。结果表明，参赛者的专业知识整合程度与竞赛进展呈正相关；身份转变呈现从“工具性使用”到“对话性使用”的递进；教师在降低参赛门槛方面发挥了制度化代理的关键作用。研究拓展了投资模型中“意识形态”维度的内涵，为复合型人才培养提供了实证依据。
