环境规制强度对区域绿色金融发展水平的影响研究

Abstract

文章基于2004-2023年中国30省面板数据，采用动态面板系统GMM、面板门槛回归，探究环境规制强度对区域绿色金融发展的影响机制。研究发现：环境规制对绿色金融有直接正向作用，但系统GMM控制内生性后直接效应不显著，绿色金融滞后项系数显著，表明其具有强路径依赖；环境规制对绿色金融的影响存在门槛效应，呈现边际效应递减的非线性特征。政策启示需重视绿色金融长期培育，实施差异化规制策略，并加强政策协同。
