Abstract

探讨高校辅导员在学生干部培养中的关键作用，结合新时代高等教育发展背景，分析当前高校团学干部培养面临的主要困难、新问题与现实挑战，并据此提出改进路径，以切实提升高校团学干部工作的实效性。
