陪伴感设计:基于用户需求建模的桌面机器人情绪交互策略研究

Abstract

本文试图回答人机交互环境中用户对于“情绪理解者”和“日常陪伴者”的需求,给出适合于非拟人桌面机器人多维陪伴感交互策略。以“Poki”桌面型情感机器人作为研究对象,用用户需求调研、行为旅程图分析和表达性设计的方法,得到情绪交互策略的系统化方案,在原型构想阶段进行场景验证。研究结果表明,该策略模型对于用户与桌面型机器人的交互过程而言,能够提高用户的感觉性以及陪伴感。提出交互策略模型给桌面情感机器人设计以及用户体验改善赋予了理论及实践参照。
