Abstract

为有效避免工程项目超预算，提高项目资源配置利用效率、项目经济效益，降低经济风险，工程建设全过程中需要采取合理措施，引入建筑经济管理模式，从不同角度持续强化合同管理。因此建筑经济视角下的公路工程合同管理优化研究受到广泛关注，相关理论研究及实践探索大量涌现。基于此，简单分析合同管理的意义，深入探讨相关的管理要点与优化策略，以供参考。
