分析神经外科患者护理安全危险因素与护理进展
神经外科患者护理面临多重安全风险,涉及患者意识障碍、肢体功能受损及生命体征不稳等自身因素,护理操作中的跌倒、静脉差错及管道堵塞,护士经验不足与责任心缺失,以及管理层面的围手术期事件与术后管理疏漏。近年来,护理领域通过智慧技术应用、康复干预前移、专科技术优化及多学科协作提升了安全水平,未来需进一步融合智能技术、强化护士培养与国际合作,以实现护理质量的持续改进。
