复杂区域性疼痛综合征康复治疗的研究进展
复杂区域性疼痛综合征（complex regional pain syndrome，CRPS）是一类以持续性、与原始损伤程度不相称的区域性疼痛为核心特征的慢性疼痛综合征，常伴感觉异常、血管功能障碍、异常出汗及不对称水肿，运动改变以及营养障碍，具有明显的临床异质性和较高致残风险。近年来，随着对CRPS发病机制认识的深入，其治疗理念已由单一镇痛逐步转向以功能恢复为中心的综合管理模式。近年研究显示，患者教育、物理治疗、作业治疗、脱敏训练、镜像疗法、分级运动想象、虚拟现实、感觉再训练、认知行为干预及多模式康复方案在改善疼痛、功能和生活质量方面具有潜在价值，但总体证据质量仍受样本量小、方法学异质性强和结局指标不统一等因素限制。本文结合近年来相关指南、系统综述、范围综述和临床研究，对CRPS康复治疗的评估方法、主要康复技术、介入与康复整合模式及未来研究方向进行综述，以期为临床实践和科研提供参考。
