双胎生长不一致模式与不良妊娠结局的研究
目的：探讨双胎妊娠胎儿生长不一致的不同模式并明确不同模式与不良妊娠结局的关系。方法：本研究为前瞻性队列研究，纳入2024年1月至2025年9月期间在济宁医学院附属医院产检并分娩的500例双胎妊娠女性为研究对象，根据生长不一致的出现时间及进展速度将妊娠分为4种预设模式：模式1（无显著不一致组）、模式2（早期进展性不一
致组）、模式3（早期稳定性不一致组）和模式4（晚期不一致组），观察直至分娩。比较4种模式之间不良妊娠结局的发生率，并分析不同生长模式与不良妊娠结局之间的关联强度。结果：4种模式与妊娠<34周早产的关联强度以模式2最高，模式3其次，模式4最弱。结论：在双胎妊娠中识别出4种不同的生长不一致模式，这些模式与不良妊娠结局存在剂量反应关系。
