基于产业需求的高校创新创业实践教育模式研究
在产业转型升级与创新驱动发展战略的双重推动下，企业对具备创新精神与实践能力的复合型人才需求日益增强。高校创新创业教育已从理论普及向实践赋能转型，如何在产业需求导向下构建有效的创新创业实践教育模式，成为当前高等教育改革的重要内容。产业需求深度融入教育教学过程是解决教育与市场脱节、提升人才培养精准度的关键。本文基于多份国际前沿研究成果，结合项目式学习、校企协同、实践平台建设等核心维度，系统分析产业需求导向下创新创业实践教育的价值体系，提炼师资建设、平台搭建、课程建设、教学模式创新及竞赛驱动的五维改革路径，为省属高校创新创业实践教育发展提供理论参考与实践建议。
