大模型时代 “人机共生” 场景下高校外语教师数字素养表征框架与提升路径研究

Abstract

生成式大模型不断重构高校外语课堂，人机共生教学模式对教师数字素养提出新要求。现有通用素养框架缺少外语学科适配，实证培育研究不足。本文结合人机共生理论，运用文献计量、问卷与访谈混合方法搭建外语教师数字素养表征框架，开展分层培训干预检验实践效果。结果表明教师实操应用能力短板突出，高阶技术宜设为选修内容。研究成果可为外语教师数字素养培育提供实践参考。
