Abstract

研究从全域育人视角出发，指出当前高职心理健康教育面临队伍协同困境、环节衔接断裂、环境渗透不足等问题。在此基础上，构建了以“主体全员化、过程全程化、场域全域化”为核心的长效机制，并提出制度供给、平台搭建、评价改革三项实施方法。该机制强调心理育人是多数教育者的共同行动，目的是将心理支持从固定的咨询室延伸到课堂、宿舍等日常场所。
