Abstract

本研究旨在探讨创业团队内部之专业协同合作如何影响团队绩效,并进一步分析商业模式创新在其中所扮演的中介角色。采用理论导向与定性分析方法,以现有学术文献为基础构建研究架构,并透过文献比较与理论整合辨识核心变项之间的关系。本研究从知识整合理论、社会资本理论与创新扩散理论出发,提出专业协同合作能促进商业模式创新,进而提升团队绩效之假设模型,研究结果有助于深化创业团队合作机制的理论理解。
