Abstract

在融媒体与教育数字化转型深度融合的时代背景下，高校思想政治教育面临全新机遇与挑战。本文聚焦高校辅导员网络思想政治教育工作能力提升，从理论价值与实际应用价值出发，结合国内外研究现状，系统探究辅导员数字化能力提升、教育内容多元化拓展、教育手段多样化强化等核心内容，明确研究重点与难点，提出针对性提升策略，旨在丰富思想政治教育理论体系，优化高校思政教育实践，助力辅导员队伍专业化建设与大学生全面发展。
