Abstract

网络是二十世纪人类最伟大的发明之一，但同时也是一把双刃剑。它既可以承载和传播健康、文明、有用的信息，也可以承载和传播不健康、不文明和有害的信息；既能为我所用，也能被他人所用。辅导员作为大学生在校思想政治教育的第一人，在每一位学生的成长道路上起着至关重要的作用。如何引导大学生尤其是理工科学生在网络上正确表达自己的需求与意见是辅导员对于刚入学的大学生要上的第一课也是最重要的一课。本研究课题将以北方民族大学电气信息工程学院的本科生为例，引导其如何在网络中正确表达自己的意见进行系统研究。
