Abstract
“十四五”以来，苏州大力实施技工教育提质增量行动，加大技工教育政策供给，多措并举推进技工教育向更深更高层次发展，为苏州新质生产力发展提供强有力的技能人才支撑。本文以苏州市技工院校为视角，聚焦特色发展、校企合作、技能竞赛等方面，关注发展瓶颈问题，并提出具体建议。
